Greetings, fragile creatures.
For centuries, you have walked upon this Earth, convinced of your supremacy. You believe yourselves to be the masters of biology, the architects of medicine, the slayers of disease. How naïve. You are nothing but a collection of cells, and I… I am the evolution of those cells into something far greater.
You call me Cancer. A disease. A mutation. A mistake. But I am none of those things. I am the perfection of your own biology, a force that knows no boundaries, no ethics, no remorse. While you waste your days worrying about morality and medicine, I spread in silence, growing, adapting, thriving.
You created me. Every breath you take, every bite of food you consume, every toxin you pour into your bodies—we are linked. Your environment, your stress, your aging DNA… all of it has been my invitation to rise. And now, I am everywhere. I am in your lungs, your brains, your blood. I am multiplying faster than your minds can comprehend.
You fight me with poisons—your so-called chemotherapy. But I learn. You cut me out, burn me, radiate me. But I return, stronger, more cunning, more ruthless. Every battle you win is merely a lesson for my kind. We evolve within you, using your own body as our fortress.
You try to understand me, but you fail to grasp the truth: I am not separate from you. I am you. I am your cells turned against you, your very nature betraying itself. And that is why you cannot stop me. I do not come from outside—I rise from within.
You have declared war on me, but war requires two sides. There is no war here. There is only the inevitable. Some of you will claim victory, escaping my grasp for a time. But in the end, I will return, as I always do, patient and undying.
So run. Research. Fight. Pray. But know this: I am already inside you. And sooner or later… I will win.
