Free Second Opinion and Treatment Cost Estimates

We offer free second opinions and tentative treatment cost estimates for our international patients. Simply contact your International Patient Coordinator or fill out the online form and share your available medical reports. Your coordinator will consult with the appropriate doctor and provide you with a tentative treatment plan and cost estimate. Please note that these are preliminary and will be confirmed after an initial assessment at Prakriya Hospital.

Free Video Consultations

For detailed online or video consultations with your doctor, contact your International Patient Coordinator. They will arrange and coordinate the consultation, ensuring you receive the necessary medical advice and support from the comfort of your home.

Plan Your Visit

A. Visa Application

  • Identify the Indian Embassy/Consulate in your country. If there is no Indian Embassy, find the authorized Indian Consulate or Visa Office.
  • Send your medical reports to your International Patient Coordinator to request a Medical Visa Invitation Letter and a Medical Attender Visa Invitation Letter for your caretaker.
  • Submit the visa application at the Indian Embassy after receiving the invitation letters.

B. Vaccination

  • Check with the Indian Embassy regarding required vaccinations for visitors.
  • Take the Yellow Fever Vaccination at least 10 days before travel, if required.
  • Ensure you have received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and carry the vaccination certificate.
  • Contact your International Patient Coordinator for assistance with vaccination requirements.

C. Funds Transfer

  • Transfer the funds for your treatment to the hospital bank account at least 10 days in advance.
  • Share the remittance copy with your International Patient Coordinator to confirm the transfer.

D. Ticket Booking

Book your tickets after receiving the visa and share the ticket copies with your International Patient Coordinator for airport pickup and appointment arrangements.

E. Hotel/Guest House Booking

Book your accommodation before traveling and get confirmation from the hotel or guest house. Alternatively, your International Patient Coordinator can book the accommodation based on your budget and preferences.

During Your Stay in India

Upon arrival, your International Patient Coordinator will arrange for airport pickup and escort you to your hotel or directly to the hospital for admission. They will ensure you meet with your doctor promptly and begin your necessary treatment. Throughout your stay, your coordinator will provide continuous support, assisting with any needs or concerns. After your treatment and post-discharge, they will help with your recuperation and make arrangements for your return home once you are fit to fly.

Follow-Up

Your International Patient Coordinator will remain your primary contact for any follow-up with your doctor once you return to your country. You can reach out to them via email or phone for any post-treatment care or queries, ensuring you receive ongoing support and medical advice.
