Rooms for Inpatients
Our patient rooms are designed to be comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything you need for a pleasant hospital stay.
- Private and Shared Rooms - Most of our rooms are single private accommodations, but we also offer shared rooms, especially in high-demand areas and the children's ward.
- Requesting a Private Room - If you are in a shared room, you can request a private room based on availability. Please confirm with your health fund if it covers the cost of admission.
- Nurse Call System - For nursing assistance, use the nurse call bell located on the handset beside each bed, in the shower, and in the toilet.
- Television and Telephone - Each room has a television controlled by the handset beside your bed. Local telephone calls are free, but other calls require a phone card available at reception.
Patient Meals
Patients can order meals through room service. Here’s how it works:
- Menu - A comprehensive menu catering to all dietary requirements is available on your bedside table.
- Ordering - Dial Extension 0 to place your order. Meals will be delivered within 45 minutes.

- Prayer Facilities - Available for patients and visitors.
- Interpreter Services - Accessible upon request to assist with communication needs.
- Emailing a Patient - Contact reception for more details.
- Internet Access - Contact reception to get online.
- Daily Services
- Housekeeping - Our housekeeping staff will clean your room daily. If you are asleep or the timing is inconvenient, they will return later or the next day. Notify a nurse if you have any concerns about the housekeeping service.
