Dr. Prashant Y Kanni is an experienced Gastroenterologist based in Bangalore with over 16 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal and liver diseases. He completed his MBBS from M.R. Medical College, Gulbarga, MD in General Medicine from Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, and DM in Gastroenterology from VIMS & RC, Bangalore.

He has significant experience in clinical gastroenterology, academic medicine, and advanced endoscopic procedures. Dr. Prashant previously served as Associate Professor at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and is currently working as Professor at Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, where he is part of the team running the DM Gastroenterology program.

He is well known for his expertise in endoscopic procedures and the management of complex gastrointestinal and liver disorders, providing evidence-based treatment with a patient-centered approach.
